首先,当我们在茫茫的大海中找到客户的,并且给客户成功的发出去,并且没有退信,那么已经是很好的开始。况且得到客户的回复那更是难上加难,所以这个时候我们就要在里做一下标记,标记一下客户的名字,公司名称以及职位这样方便我们联系。而且有的大公司会有好几个不同职位的人联系你,如果你不把他们归档,那么就会显得很乱,如果归档之后,当你点开一个客户的公司名称,你就可以清晰的看见里面有几个联系人,职位我们已经备注好了,所以我们会在最短的时间内找到想要发邮件的人。

再次,我们还可以根据我们与客户的来往密切程度来设置成带星号的客户名单。这样我们就知道也许自己的潜在客户有100个,但是密切联系的有多少个我们通过设置就可以一目了然。我们还会根据自己的设置做出不同的计划。例如星号客户我们可以1-2周问候一下,时刻了解客户的动向,没有标注的客户那肯定就是普通客户但是也不能放弃,所以就在时间上有所取舍,我们就选择半个月或者一个月跟踪一下,这样反复的跟进,更新进度。就采取筛网式的那么我们每天都会清楚的知道自己该做什么。

第四,企业也可以设置成待办,我们根据自己的时间还有客户的时间来对客户做出最好的跟踪。这样我们可以在最好的时间给出客户最好的答复。毕竟国内外存在时差,所以,我们要根据实际情况来跟进客户。或者提早写好邮件之后在发送里面设置发送时间,这样也可以对客户做出最好的跟踪。

第五,我们可以把产品设置成模板,每次找到客户我们选择群发单显,这样到达客户那里显示的就是我们专门发给他们的。
